Terms of Use

This page explains what www.madisonandreese.com is and what a visitor can and cannot expect from it. It covers only what the build of this site verified, so it is short and names no company, jurisdiction or complaints procedure.

What exactly am I using when I read this site?

You are reading a static publication. Every page was built in advance as a finished file and is delivered from a content delivery network. There is no application running behind the pages that responds to you individually. The whole site consists of the 5 addresses listed in its sitemap, fixed when the site was built.

Styles, scripts, fonts and images all come from this domain. No outside server is contacted while a page is on your screen.

Each page carries a machine-readable publication date and modification date. The modification date, 2026-10-29, matches the date published in the sitemap. This lets you check which version of the text you are reading.

What happens if I follow a link or mistype an address?

If you request an address that does not exist here, you get a page that tells search engines not to index or follow it, and it sends you straight to the home page. A mistyped or outdated address therefore never becomes a separate page with content of its own.

If you follow a link to another website, you leave this publication. That website is separate from this one. Its own terms are the only ones that can govern anything you do there. Any relationship with an operator begins on that operator's site, under that operator's conditions, and not here.

Why does this page leave out the usual legal clauses?

The site has no registration, no account and no way to submit anything. That means nothing can be created, suspended, terminated or transferred, and no visitor-generated content exists here. Clauses about accounts or user content would therefore describe nothing real.

The build also contains no e-mail address, telephone number, postal address or contact form. For that reason, these terms cannot promise a complaints channel or a response time, and they cannot name a counterparty. This page does not borrow a governing law, a court or a dispute procedure to fill that gap. Anything binding about a service you choose to use will be found in that destination's own terms.
